As an Occupational Therapist with specialized training in trauma, sexual health, and pelvic health, I want to help you heal from your trauma, improve your function, and engage in what is meaningful to you.

Learn some gentle somatic exercises to support your nervous system to access the felt sense of safety.
A sensory assessment looks at your sensory processing across each different sense and assesses which areas you may be struggling with or require support.
The Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) is a therapeutic listening program designed to increase regulation in the nervous through auditory stimulation of the vagus nerve. The SSP contains 5 hours of specially filtered music that offers signals of safety to the nervous system and retunes the nervous system to pay attention to safety instead of threat. The SSP can be delivered in person, remotely, or a combination of both.
Vaginismus is best treated with a multidisciplinary approach, addressing medical, physical, and psychosocial aspects of the condition. Treatment often includes a combination of psychotherapy, sex education, sex therapy or sex therapy informed interventions, and pelvic therapy.
