Enduring Heart Somatic Therapy

At Enduring Heart Somatic Therapy, we help with:

  • Sexual Trauma
  • Boundary Violations
  • Sexual Health
  • Traumatic Birth Experiences
  • Medical Trauma
  • Pelvic Pain
  • Third Party OT Services

As an Occupational Therapist with specialized training in trauma, sexual health, and pelvic health, I want to help you heal from your trauma, improve your function, and engage in what is meaningful to you.

Vaginismus is best treated with a multidisciplinary approach, addressing medical, physical, and psychosocial aspects of the condition. Treatment often includes a combination of psychotherapy, sex education, sex therapy or sex therapy informed interventions, and pelvic therapy.
Pelvic pain can have a profound impact on quality of life, affecting both physical and mental health. Treating pelvic pain holistically ensures the whole person is considered within the context of each person's own life.
Somatic Experiencing® is nervous system based approach to healing trauma. In SE™, we work with story that shows up in the body in the here and now, instead of the verbal story that we are often more familiar with.
The word Enduring captures the persistence of life energy, even when trauma occurs.
